Securing Email over the Internet

Speaker: Colin Nash, Development Manager Deep-Secure Ltd

Date: Wednesday 2nd May 2012 @ 7:00 PM Networking and Refreshments from 6:30

In November Deep-Secure, working with the UK Council for Electronic Business (UKCeB), announced their successful completion of a live evaluation of Signed and Encrypted Email Over the Internet (SEEOTI), proving the business benefits for the adoption of secure information exchange as part of collaboration across the Defence Logistics Chain using the Transglobal Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP) specifications for Secure Email.

The SEEOTI project is an initiative sponsored by the Chief Information Officer of the Ministry of Defence and the UKCeB. It targets the most basic and prevalent form of information exchange in business – emails.

The presentation will explain how the Evaluation Exercise was run and the results obtained. It will then show how this is being developed as a cloud-based service for organisations wishing to securely exchange information across the internet.
